  • Partial tear of the common tendon
    • Lateral elbow pain.

      Thickening and hyperemia () within the common extensor tendon () .Associated extensive partial tear   ().

      Note the normal aspect of the controlateral tendon ().

    • Long course epicondylalgia.

      Tumefaction of the insertion of the common tendon  of the epicondylars () with hyperemia on the color Doppler (). Fissuration of the deep face of the tendon () , with regard to the insertion of the radial short extensor, radiating to the insertion of the lateral collateral ligament ().

       

  • Partial tear of the ECRB
    • Mason with lateral elbow pain.

      Thickening of the common tendon ( ) with degeneration tissue ( ) and doppler inflammation  ( ). Deep partial tear ( ) of the Extensor Carpi Radialis Brevis ECRB ( ).

       

  • Complete tear of the common tendon
  • Calcific tendinitis
    • Hyperalgic elbow.

      Macro calcification well limited () comparable to that seen on the level of the rotator cuff, of the common tendon of the epicondylars () with peripheral hyperemia ().

       

  • Calcific tendinitis (Hydroxyapatitis)
    • Epicondylalgia.

      Macro calcification well limited () of the common tendon of the epicondylars () without associated hyperhemia.
