Acute focalized pain in the second finger.
Soft tissue mass of the distal phalanx (

) confirm the precise localisation of the neuro-myo-arterial benign tumor.




Second finger distal painless slow growing mass.
Dorsal well-circumscribed lobulated mass (
) located superficial to the second extensor tendon (
). Intermediate signal intensity in T1 (
), slight hyper signal intensity in T2 Fat Sat (
) and intense enhancement after intravenous gadolinium (
). No bone erosion.
